Shock troops attacking people, including a women. (Video)

Video from a car driving by. Approx 25 seconds in, one of them rushes forward and swings baton down on someone. The camera pans over and we see that it was a women who was knocked to the ground. During the pan we see aother one of the troops take a swing at her also.
